This handcrafted necklace was designed to resemble a gothic specimen relic, combining sculptural details with preserved botanicals and layered chainwork.

At the center of the necklace is a deep crimson resin pendant that was hand-cast with delicate white botanical flowers encased inside, creating the appearance of a preserved natural specimen. Resting atop the resin is a hand-sculpted moth, finished with a sealed metallic wax that gives the piece the look of aged metal.

The necklace features an ornate layered design, incorporating red agate beads, red agate chips, and quartz chips. Each bead in the necklace has been individually wire wrapped by hand, creating a detailed and durable chain structure,

Suspended below the pendant is a red dyed quartz crystal point, carefully wire wrapped by hand to add movement and balance to the piece. Stainless steel chains create layered draping across the necklace, while dagger charms add subtle gothic accents and visual depth.

This necklace was made from scratch. It was assembled entirely by hand, making this piece a unique wearable relic.
